A: We are a manufacturer with more than 18 years of experience in producing thermal paper and thermal label stickers. Our factory covers 20,000+ sqm and has 32 production lines. Welcome to visit our factory!

Q: How do you guarantee the thermal paper length and GSM?
A: We are a transparent factory. We guarantee that Length and GSM are 100% accurate as per contract. We strictly refuse to use "Big Cores" to deceive customers about roll diameter. You are welcome to measure or weigh the rolls upon receipt. We can also provide a production video showing the length counter setting.

Q: Can I print my logo or advertisement on the back of the thermal paper?
A: Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM. We can print customized logos, watermark, back-side advertising printing, and packaging designs.

Q: Do you have BPA-Free thermal paper?
A: Yes, we produce BPA-Free and Phenol-Free thermal paper that complies with EU REACH and US regulations. We can provide valid SGS test reports to help you clear customs and enter high-end markets.

Q: Can I get a sample to test the quality before placing a bulk order?
A: Absolutely. We offer Free Samples (blank rolls) for quality testing. You only need to cover the shipping cost. If you confirm the bulk order later, we can deduct this sample cost from the total amount.

Q: How do you pack the goods?
A: Inner: Gold foil paper or shrink wrap (black/white) to prevent moisture and light.
Outer: Use 5-ply corrugated export cartons. Pallet packaging with stretch film and strapping belts is available to ensure stability.

Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Usually 10–25 days depending on order quantity. For urgent orders, we can arrange priority production.
