- 1 What products does your company mainly deal in?
CPG: We are an integrated manufacturing and trading company with our own factory. We mainly produce and export paper products, including thermal paper, label paper, photo paper, self-adhesive paper, and more than ten other types (please refer to our product catalog). We have a complete production line and a strict quality control system, and support custom-made products and OEM production.

CPG: Please inquire about the product you need, its specifications, dimensions, weight, etc. Generally, there is no MOQ requirement for standard sizes. For custom-sized products, the MOQ varies depending on the product and size.
- 3 What payment methods do you accept?
CPG: We accept various payment methods, including: T/T (telegraphic transfer, usually 30% deposit + 70% balance upon presentation of copy of bill of lading), L/C (letter of credit), Western Union, PayPal (for small sample orders), etc. For large orders, we generally recommend T/T or L/C.
- 4 What customization services do you support?
CPG: We offer customized sizes, printing, packaging, and functional coatings, and support OEM/ODM services. We can flexibly adjust to your requirements.
- 5 Can you handle export logistics and customs clearance documents?
CPG: Yes. We can handle export logistics such as sea freight, air freight, and express delivery, and provide a complete set of customs clearance documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.). Customers can also designate their own freight forwarder.
- 6 How long has your company been in the paper products business, and what certifications do you have?
CPG: We have been in the paper products business for 19 years, with a complete supply chain from production to export, so we have extensive experience. Currently, we hold ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and our products have passed SGS testing. Some of our paper products also have FSC forest certification.
